Responsibilities:
Design UI components leveraging the design system, partner with Global Design System team, define brand expression, create wireframes, create prototypes, oversee user testing, create production-ready assets, perform design quality assurance, identify scalable design solutions, balance customer needs and business requirements, define information architecture and sitemaps, create user flows.
Required Skills:
Collaboration with product managers and developers, strong communication, ability to work in a team environment, manage priorities and timelines, design system usage, scale designs, agile environment experience, financial services and insurance domain knowledge, mobile-first design approach, responsive and adaptive web design, mobile app interaction design, proficiency with Adobe XD and Figma.
