Responsibilities:
Employ NLP techniques and Large Language Models to interpret unstructured medical data, collaborate with clinical scientists to build efficient NLP models, conduct data cleaning and preprocessing, validate findings, and present insights to stakeholders effectively.
Required Skills:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Computer Science, or related field, 2+ years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and laboratory data, 2+ years in NLP focusing on techniques like Named Entity Recognition (NER), proficiency in open-source Large Language Models, strong Python and SQL skills, experience with NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face), and familiarity with AWS cloud services.
